Shipment
When you place an order on GadgetiCloud, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 3 to 7 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are subject to product availability.
For high demand products, processing time of shipping products might take longer. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will restock and ship out as soon as possible. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. GadgetiCloud would reserve the rights for charging any additional cost or expenses incurred from such arrangement.
If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after shipping completed email is received; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we will cancel Your Order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the Products.
Gadgeticloud would reserve the rights for claiming any pending payments or corresponding expenses incurred due to such cancellation.
Order Cancellation
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement AND the order hasn't been shipped yet, 10% of your cancelled amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Once shipping arrangement is arranged, it cannot be cancelled. Under the circumstances where order cancellation might be considered after order is shipped, cancelled items need to be returned to our facility before refund is issued.
Please note that customers are responsible for all fees involved for returning items. In addition, 40% of your cancelled amount will be charged as restocking fee.
If you want to deduct the product quantity after your order is placed, it will be considered as Partial Cancellation. Please noted that 10% of your cancelled amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
